摘要 科技与政治之间干涉与自由的论争是伴随着科学与政府的关系演化而展开的。这种争论早在19世纪已经出现,经历了20世纪三场著名的争论,目前又蕴含在关于克隆人研究的争执之中。关于科技与政治之间干涉与自由的争论将长期存在,关键要把握其中适度的权力张力。 The argument of freedom and interference between science-technology and politics develops with relationship evolution between science and government. This argument appeared early in 19th century,experienced three times in 20th century and embodies in the study of clone-human at present time.The argument will exist over a long period at time,however,we must understand a moderate degree power tension of freedom and interference in the space between science-technology and politics.
