摘要
目的探讨多项质反应指标联合诊断效果的规律。方法根据观察目的生成模拟数据,采用logistic回归法进行多元分析,求出联合后的阳性符合率、阴性符合率和youden指数并与单项指标进行比较分析。结果阳性率远离50%的实验指标联合诊断效果优于阳性率接近50%的实验联合;相关的两项指标联合诊断效果不好;只有诊断效能相近的指标联合才有联合增强效应。结论在有关指标联合分析时宜优先选择诊断效能高的指标;阳性率远离50%的指标;并按上述原则去除其中一个彼此相关的较差的指标;这样可以提高联合诊断的效率。
Objective To explore regularity of joint action about qualitative index.Methods Simulative data,built according to need, was anslyzed with logistic regression. The youden＇ s index was calculated and compared with single index. Resttlts The joint action is more powerful as positive rate far from 50%. There are not joint action between correlative indexes. There is a significance only when indexes, those diagnostic strength is near, are jointed. Conclusion indexes of those high diagnostic strength, far from 50% and independent each other should be preferred using multivariate analysis of qualitative index.
