Identification of Metamizole sodium Tablets by Infrared Spectrophotometry

目的:建立安乃近片快速、专属的鉴别方法。方法:以乙醇为溶剂进行提取,采用红外分光光度法(溴化钾压片)进行定性鉴别。结果:安乃近片与安乃近对照品的红外吸收光谱完全一致,并与中国药典委员会颁布的《药品红外光谱集》中的安乃近光谱一致。结论:本法专属性好,可快速、准确地鉴别本品。

Objective： To establish a rapid and specific method for the identification of metamizole sodium tablets. Method： The infrared spectrophotometry with potassium bromide tabletting was adopted, in which the extract was carried out with the alcohol as the solvent. Result： The infrared absorption spectrum of the metamizole sodium tablets was completely in conformity with that of the control substance and the standard spectrum of metamizole sodium issued in Infrared Spectrum Album of Drugs by State Pharmacopoeia Committee. Conclusion： The method is specific,quick and accurate, it can be used for the identification of metamicole sodium tablets.
