摘要
应用循环伏安法(CV)和示差脉冲吸附阴极溶出伏安法(DPAdCSV),研究头孢唑啉钠在悬铜汞齐微电极(HCADME)上的电化学行为及电极反应机理,发现头孢唑啉钠与Cu(Ⅱ)形成配比为1∶1的配合物,并吸附在HCADME上,反应电子数为2。并建立了示差脉冲吸附阴极溶出伏安法(DPAdCSV)测定痕量头孢唑啉钠的灵敏方法。其测定的线性范围为6×10 ̄(-1)~1×10 ̄(-9)mol/L;检测限约为4×10 ̄(-10)mol/L(t_(ac)=120s)。本法用于注射剂中该物质的测定,结果满意。用本法直接测定尿中头孢唑啉钠是可能的。
The electrochemical behavior and the mechanism of the electrode reaction of cefazolin sodium were investigated at hanging copper amalgam dropping microelectrode(HCADME)in HCl-KCl(pH1.1)buffer solution. It was found that cefazolin sodium could form complex with Cu(Ⅱ)and be adsorbed at the electrode surface.The coordination number is 1 and the number of transfer electron involved in the reaction is 2.This methode was successfully applied to the determination of trace amounts of cefazolin sodium by differential pulse adsorption cathodic stripping voltammetry (DPAdCSV). The Iinear range determined is from 1× 10 ̄(-9)to 6×10 ̄(-5)mol/L;The detection limit is about 4×10 ̄-(10)mol/L(tac=120s). The method was applied to the determination of cefazolin sodium in injection with satisfactorv Yesults, It is possible that the direct determination of cefazolin sodium in mimic urine sampke was carried out with the recommended method.
