摘要
目的:研究小叶买麻藤(Gnetum parvifolium)的化学成分。方法:应用多种柱层析和薄层制备层析等进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析和理化鉴别进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到10个化合物,分别为:丁香脂素(syringaresinol,Ⅰ)、lehmbacholD(Ⅱ)、高北美圣草素(homoeriodictyol,Ⅲ)、香草酸(vanillic acid,Ⅳ)、gnetuhaininE(Ⅴ)、射干乙素(shegansuB,Ⅵ)、异丹叶大黄素(isorhapontigenin,Ⅶ)、白藜芦醇(resveratrol,Ⅷ)、买麻藤醇(gnetol,Ⅸ)、异丹叶大黄素-3—O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(isorhapontigenin-3-O—β-D—glucopyranoside,Ⅹ).结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ为首次从买麻藤属中分得,化合物Ⅴ~Ⅵ为首次从小叶买麻藤中分得。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents of the stems of Gnetum parvifolium (Warb.) C. Y. Cheng ex Chun. METHOD: The fractions of ethanol extract of the herb were subjected to various column chromatography and Preparative TLC to offer ten compounds. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis. RESULT: 10 compounds: syringaresinol ( Ⅰ ), lehmbachol D ( Ⅱ ), homoeriodictyol ( Ⅲ ), vanillic acid ( Ⅳ ), gnetuhainin E ( Ⅴ ), shegansu B ( Ⅵ ), isorhapontigenin ( Ⅶ ), resveratrol ( Ⅷ ), gnetol ( Ⅸ ) and isorhapontigenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅹ ) were isolated from Gnetum parvifolium. CONCLUSION: Compounds Ⅰ - Ⅳ were isolated from this gneus for the first time and compounds Ⅴ -Ⅵ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
