摘要
目的:研究毛平车前(Plantagodepressavar.montataKitag.)的化学成分和保肝活性。方法:应用硅胶柱层析法和SephadexLH-20凝胶柱层析法分离化合物,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构,并测定化合物的保肝活性。结果:从毛平车前中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:芹菜素(apigenin,1)、木犀草素(lu-teolin,2)、梓醇(catalpol,3)、majoroside(4),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,5)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,6)、硬脂酸(stearicacid,7)、齐敦果酸(oleanolicacid,8)、martynoside(9)、高车前苷(homoplantaginin,10)、高车前素(hispidulin,11)。其中,化合物1、2、4、8~11明显对抗四氯化碳所致的肝细胞损伤。结论:化合物1、2、4、7、9~11均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物4具有较强的保肝活性。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents and hepatoprotective activity of Plantago depressa vat. moraata Kitag. METHODS: This plant was extracted with 80% ethanol, isolated and purified via silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 as well as recrystallization. Structural identification of the compounds was based on physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. Effects of compounds from Plantago depressa var. montata Kitag, extract on CCl4-induced hepatecyte damage in vitro were observed. RESULT: Eleven compounds were isolated from this plant: apigenin(1), luteolin(2), catalpol( 3 ), majoroside( 4 ), β-sitosterol( 5 ), daucosterol( 6 ), stearic acid ( 7 ),oleanolic acid( 8 ), martynoside ( 9 ), homoplantaginin ( 10 ) and hispidulin(11). Compounds 1, 2,4,8 ~ 11 inhibited the bepatotoxic potential of CCl4, when pretreated with hepatecytes. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1,2,4,7,9,10 and 11 have been isolated from this plant for the first time. Furthermore, compound 4 possesses potent hepatoprotective activity.
