高校校报专职编辑少,工作任务重。建立一支得力的学生记者队伍,有目的地引导青年大学生参与校报、从事写作,不仅是工作需要,也是开拓培育具有综舍素质人才途径、扩大就业门路的需要。因此,积极对学生记者进行培养,规范管理,具有其独特的必要性与重要性。

There are few professional editors and heavy working tasks in college newspaper. In the present situation, university graduates face heavy career pressure ＆ extra intense competition. It is not only the necessity of our work to establish a powerful student reporter team, leading young college students to participate in school newspaper and get engaged in writing,but also the necessity of cultivating capable people with comprehensive disposition and enlarging employment. Therefore, it is particularly necessary ＆ important to faster student reporters actively and standardize the supervision.
