河南高等教育发展实现了历史性跨越,国民受教育水平显著提高。基本办学条件的承载力已接近饱和,高等教育经费投入不足,生均预算内教育事业费和生均公用经费减少,高校师资严重短缺,生均图书和生均校舍面积有较大幅度下降。必须通过教育资源共享,实现高等教育的良性发展。

Higher education in Henan has accomplished historical development span, which has improved the peoples＇ general education quality. However, With the capacity of basic education facility approaching saturation, the shortage of higher education investment, the decrease of per student fund within budget and per student public fund, the critical deficient of teaching personnel, the sharply reduce of per student books and per student school building area, the sharing of education resources must be carried out to realize the smoothly developing of higher education.
