摘要
本文以郑州市S房地产置业公司中的中高层职位的女性为例,探讨了社会转型时期房地产置业公司女员工的职业变动。本文认为,作为快速变化中的企业,S房地产置业公司应对转型社会的需求,为中高层职位的女性的职业向上变动提供了宽松的性别环境。为此,本文主要从机会和薪酬的诱惑,职位、压力与稳定性,公司不是家,妻子、事业、丈夫、家务等几个层面探讨了S房地产置业公司中的中南层职位的女性如何用实际行动实践着女性的职业变动,并在内心深处蕴积着积极变动的职业心理准备,从而不断推进女性职业平等地位的获得和性别平等社会的实现。
The essay inquired into female employees' occtipotional changes of company of real estate during social transitional stage, selecting females in middle-high post of Zhengzhou S Company of Real Estate as a sample. The essay indicates : S Company of Real Estate, in a consistently quick changing station, offered females in middle-high post well-off gender atmosphere for flowing-up post, which meet for the needs of transitional society. So the essay analyzed how these females strived to acquire equal position in both occupational domain and society, by controlling their occupational changes in practice, and positively preparing for occupational mobility in heart, from four factors: the reputation of opportunities and rewards, position, pressure and stability, company isn' t home, wife, profession, husband, housework.
