快淬NdFeB磁粉粒度分布的优化

摘要 研究了粒度分布对快淬NdFeB磁粉性能的影响,采用正交法对磁粉的粒度分布进行优化,获得具有最佳性能的磁粉粒度配比是(颗粒度目数):(100~150):(150~200):(200~250):(250~325):(〉325)=12:3:1:3:1. The effect of particle size distribution on the properties of mass produced melt spun NdFeB powders was investigated, and the particle size distribution of magnetic powders optimized by mean of orthogonal test method. It was found that the particle size distribution required for obtaining an optimal property of NdFeB powders was (in mess size) : (100-150) : (150-200): (200 -250): (250 -325): (〉325) = 12: 3: 1:3: 1.
