摘要
高校人力资源管理中应用绩效管理,必须以科学发展观为指导,坚持以人为本,求实创新,着重抓好绩效计划、绩效辅导、绩效考核、绩效反馈和绩效考核结果的应用等五个环节。
The application of performance management in colleges' and universities HRM must be under the guidance of scientific outlook on development, stick to the principles of being human--oriented, realistic and innovative, and put emphasis on the following 5 aspects: performance planning, performance coaching, performance assessment, performance feedback, and application of performance assessment result.
