青海西宁“城中村”的现状及治理

“城中村”是位于城市中的村庄,每个城市、每个“城中村”都有其各自的特点。根据青海西宁“城中村”的现状、经济能力和城市规划的发展要求,青海西宁“城中村”的改造宜采用“撤村建居”的“渐进式改制”方式。应通过加强管理、寻求替代阶段、弱化“城中村”的改造障碍后,才能对“城中村”进行彻底的清除改造。
