摘要
本研究对维吾尔族主要聚居地喀什地区中小学的维族新教师的入职适应性进行了研究。结果表明:1.喀什地区维族新教师参训的积极性高,重视试用期及其入职辅导。2.喀什地区维族新教师对培训的需求强烈。3.喀什地区维族新教师入职辅导的现状不容乐观。
This article makes an investigation on new Uygar teachers in kashgar. The result shows: 1. the new teachers' initiative to training is very high and the probation period and training are taken seriously; 2. the new teachers' requirement to training is strong; 3. the condition of training is not optimistic.
