The Ineffective Information and Its Integration About the Periodicals of Science and Technology

分析了目前科技期刊存在着刊载大量无效信息并不断膨胀的原因,指出科技编辑只有不断完善和构建自身知识体系,加强信息意识和信息处理能力,运用信息整合理论来解决信息分散、无序、多样化的问题来提高用户获取信息的效率。认为只有这样,才能释放和净化学术空气,遏制学术腐败,从而全方位提高编辑对期刊控制的理性和自由。

This paper discussed the reason that a large ineffective information has been presented in the periodicals of science and technology, and put forward the way to improve the efficiency of user obtaining informarion. For this purpose editors should perfect their knowledge system, intensify information consciousness, enhance the ability of handle information and apply information integration theory to resolve the problem of information＇ s disordered and diversity, thus we could control the periodicals rationally.
