Studies on Chemical Structure and Anti-inflammatory Activity of Copper Aspirinate

采用元素分析、质谱、红外光谱和电子光谱手段测定了阿司匹林铜化合物的结构，确定它为双核羧桥配合物，并在动物的角叉菜胶足肿胀和气囊滑膜炎模型确证阿司匹林铜的抗炎活性高于阿司匹林．

The Chemical structure of copper aspirinate was studied by elemental analysis,in-frared spectroscopy,electronic spectroscopy and mass spectrscopy,The results showed that it is abinucklear carboxylate- bridged complex. And copper aspirinate was determined to be more po-tent anti-inflammatory active than aspirinate in the inflammatory models both carrageenin- in-duced paw edema and acetic acid-induced air cell synovitis.
