增龄过程中肥胖程度对心脏功能及结构的影响

Obesity Impact on Cardiac Function and Structure during Advancing Age

以超声心动图检测一组３５８例健康成人心脏功能及解剖超声测值，通过多元逐步回归及直线相关分析其与肥胖程度的相关关系，研究增龄过程中肥胖程度对心脏功能结构的影响．结果：正常健康人群随体重、体重／身高比值及体重指数的增加，血压、静息心输出量及搏出量上升；室间隔及左室后壁增厚，左室肌重量相应增加；左房、左室、右室及主动脉根部内径增大；可能还有舒张功能的改变；结果表明，肥胖程度与心脏功能及解剖结构的显著相关关系与增龄及血压变化无关，提示肥胖对心血管系统的影响，在健康成年人群心血管疾病早期预防中应予以相应重视。

An echocardiographic test was applied to a series of 385 healthy adults to mea-sure their cardiac functions andanatomic ultrasonic dimensions,which were analyzed with multi-variate stepwise regression and linear correlation to probe the relationship with the level of obesityand the effect of obesity on the cardiac function and structure during advancing age. As a result,systemic blood pressure,rest cardiac output and stroke volume went up with the increase of bodyweight,body mass index(BMI),and ratio between body weight and body height;the interven-tricular septum and the left ventricular posterior wall thicken up,and the left ventricular muscleaugmented relevantly;the internal dimensions were enlarged at the left atrium,the left and rightventricles,and the aortic root;the left ventricular function might be effected.The result showedthat blood pressure and aging were independent of the significant correlations between the level ofobesity and the measurements of cardiac function and structure,It suggested that the impact ofobesity on cardiovascular system should be considered adequately for the early prophylaxis ofsome cardiovascular diseases in healthy adult population.
