论资源型城市构建和谐社会的对策——以黄石市为例

The countermeasure about construction to harmonious society in the resoureces city

构建和谐社会是新世纪社会主义建设的主要目标,要实现这个目标必须依赖于社会的各个有机体的共同努力。而社会的各组成部分区情各不相同,差异极大,因此各地必须从实际出发,结合本地实际情况,提出因地制宜地的对策。本文从黄石资源型城市的特殊区情出发,认为资源型城市和谐社会建设就是要以人为本,扩大就业,实现总体发展的协调性和可持续性。

To construct harmonious society is a main aim of socialist construction in the new century, in order to realize it , must be dependent on efforts of living being together. But situations to the constituent parts of society are great regional disparity, the constituent parts of society must proceed from actual conditions and put forward countermeasure by practice and adjust measure to local conditions. The thesis proceeds from resoureces city and thinks that to construct harmonious society in resoureces city should be based on people , expand obtained employment, realize coordination and sustainable in whole development.
