支原体肺炎患儿T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞水平的变化及其意义

The Change of T Lymphocyte Subsets and the Level of the NK Cells in the Children of Mycoplasmal Pneumonia and Its Significance

目的:探讨支原体肺炎患儿T淋巴细胞亚群和NK细胞水平的变化及其临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测16例支原体肺炎患儿和10例健康儿童T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)和NK细胞的水平。结果:与B组比较,A组外周血CD3+、CD4+细胞明显降低(P<0.01)、CD8+升高(P<0.05)、CD4+/CD8+降低(P<0.01)、NK细胞活性降低(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎支原体肺炎患儿自身免疫能力降低,应加强对患儿免疫功能恢复的治疗。

Objective：To investigate the change and the clinical significance of T lymphocyte subsets and the level of NK cells in the sick children who suffered mycoplasmal pneumonia. Methods： The levels of T lymphocyte subsets CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ , CD8^＋ , CD4^＋/CD8^＋ and the NK cells in 16 sick children who suffered mycoplasmal pneumonia and 10 healthy children were measured by the flow cytometer. Results ： Compared with Group B, CD3^＋ and CD4^＋ decreased obviously （P 〈 0.01 ）, CD8^＋ increased（P〈0.05） ,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ decreased （P〈0.01） and the activity of NK cell was lower in peripheral blood in Group A（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The immunity of the sick children with mycoplasmal pneumonia cut down and strengthen the treatment to the sick children for the recovery.
