摘要
研究甲壳质的降解反应,获得了葡糖胺(1)、壳二糖(2)、壳三糖(3)和壳四糖(4)的乙酰化产物以安为原料。用混酐法或DCC法合成了6个新人合物,N-(N-叔丁氧甲酰基-L-脯氨酰基-D-葡俯胺-5),N-苯甲酰基-0-四乙酰基-D-葡糖胺(6)、N-乙酰水杨基-0-甲酬谢锘-D-葡糖胺(7)、N--(N-邻苯二甲酰-L-L亮氨酰基)-8-四乙酰基-D-D葡糖胺(8)。
The hydrolysis and acetolysis of chitin gave glucosamine, pentacetyl-glucosamine (1), octa-acetyldiglucosamine (2), undecaacetyl-triglucosamine (3), and te-tradecaacetyl tetraglucosamine (4). Six glucosaminic derivatives; N-(N'-Boc-l-propyl)-O-tetraacetylglucosamine (7), N-(N'-phthaloyl-L-leucyl)-O-tetraacetyl-D-glucosamine (8). N-( N'-phthaloyl-L-valyl )-O-tetraacetyI-D-glucosamine (9), N-( N'-phthaloyl-L-phenyalanyl )-O-tetraacetyl-D-glucosamine (10), N-benzoxyl-O-tetraacetyl-D-glucosamine (5) and N-aceylsallcyl-O-tetraacetyl-D-glucosamine (6) were synthesized.
