高职院校辅导员胜任力研究综述

On the Counselor Competence in Higher Vocational Schools

通过对国内外学者关于胜任力研究的扫描,我们可以发现胜任力研究的重点在于管理者胜任力的探讨。国内把胜任力研究成果用于教育领域,着重在胜任力的结构组成、未来教师胜任力测评技术等方面,而对高职院校辅导员胜任力的研究比较少。

Through reviewing on competence study by scholars all over the world, this paper points out that the stress of competence study should be laid on exploring the competence of the managers, in China, the result of competence study is used in educational realm, more in competence＇s elements; future teachers＇ competence, oct, but less in studying the instructors＇ competence in higher vocational schools.
