Multinational corporations （MNCs） are not only the principal part of the global technology innovation, but also the important driving force of technological progress. It is of great importance to Zhejiang technological progress by attracting MNCs. There are dual effects of technological progress in MNCs＇ investment to the host country, therefore,we must take reasonable measures to promote Zhejiang techno logical advancement by introducing multinational corporations.
