Implemented the bus connection in a 66kV/10.SkV/6.3kV step-down substation enlargement engineering by planning the designing methods and the installation methods as a whole and arranging the installation steps of contractors in a scientific sequence while the step-down substation was in running status. So finished the construction tasks and at the same time the safety and stabilization of the power supply system and the process plants were guaranteed.
