豫东农村0～3岁小儿缺铁性贫血相关因素调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the relative factors of iron deficiencyanemia infected by 0～3 years children in the east villages of Henan Province

目的：调查分析豫东农村0～3岁小儿缺铁性贫血患病情况及相关因素，进一步探讨缺铁性贫血与当地现存因素的关系。方法：以豫东农村4市13县151乡3810名0～3岁小儿母亲为调查对象，采用整群随机抽样问卷的方法，进行调查分析。结果：调查3810名0—3岁小儿中，缺铁性贫血者770名，发病率为20．21％。缺铁性贫血患病率在性别上无显著性差异，在喂养方法、辅食添加、母亲文化程度、人均年收入、卫保知晓度上有显著性差异。结论：豫东农村0～3岁小儿缺铁性贫血与当地现实的相关因素有关．应采取应的对策。

Objective： To investigate and analyze iron deficiency anemia disease state and relative tactors, and turther more, to discuss the relation between iron deficieney anemia disease and loca available factors. Methods： Taking 3 810 mothers of 0 - 3 years children in the east villages of Henan Province which covered four cities, 13 towns and 151 villages as a investigation. Results： We find 770 patients in 3 810 0 - 3 years children at the rate of 20. 21%. There is no difference in sex, while we find there is outstanding differences existing in the feeding method, subsidiary food adding, mothers culture degree, average income of a year, and wholesome knowledge gains. Conclusion： There is large relations between iron deficiency, anemia and local realities, So we should carry on some deals.
