摘要
对２３０对自发流产夫妇的染色体进行了检查与分析，发现染色体异常２６例，占受检夫妇的１１．３％。染色体平衡易位１７例，倒位４例，数目异常４例，进一步证实了染色体异常是引起自发流产的重要遗传因素之一。通过检出携带者，实施产前宫内诊断，可杜绝有染色体异常的胎儿出生。
Studies on the chromosomes of 230 couples with spontaneous abortions revealed abnormal kary-otypes in 26 partners (11%).The abnormalities consist of 17 balanced translocations(7.4%),4 inversions(1.7%),and 4 number-abnormalities(1.7%).It is confirmed that the chromosome abnormalities are oneof the important caustive genetic factors of spontaneous abortions.
