摘要
通过化学分析、金相分析和ASTM G28腐蚀试验等方法,对磷酸盐反应釜用C-276+16MnR复合板的腐蚀原因进行了分析。结果表明,腐蚀是由于不恰当的热处理造成材料敏化而产生的。
By means of chemical and metallographic phase analysis and ASTM G28 corrosion test to analyze the corrosion of C - 276 + 16MnR clad steel plate used in the Reactor of Phosphate. The results indicated that the corrosion was caused by sensitization, which was resulted from improper heat treatment.
