摘要
结合金属注射成形工艺的理论与实践,分析了注射成型聚合物自增强的几种方法,研究了成形参数对毛坯性能的影响;从注射成形参数对喂料充模性能影响的角度,论证了这几种方法在金属注射成形中的应用可行性;分析了几种方法对金属注射成形注射工艺、制品的尺寸控制、粘结剂的用量和脱脂时间的影响。
In respect to the technology and actual practice of metal injection molding (MIM), this paper analyses different methods of self-reinforcement polymers, and the effect of injection parameters on molding-filling performance. In terms of the effect on feed stock, it demonstrates the feasibility of these methods and analyzes their effect on such injection parameters as injection technology, dimension control, binder use level and de-binding time in MIM.
