5株蜜环菌产几种胞外酶活性比较 被引量:19

摘要 对5个蜜环菌不同菌株的生长特性,以及在液体培养过程中的滤纸纤维素酶、漆酶和多酚氧化酶的活性进行了研究。研究结果表明,在固体平板培养基上,菌株M1的生长速度较快;在液体发酵过程中,菌株M1发酵液的滤纸纤维素酶、漆酶和多酚氧化酶的活性均高于其它4个菌株。分析表明,菌株M1为一优良菌株。同时,研究了菌株M1在液体发酵过程中菌丝体生物量和发酵液pH的动态变化等。 The biological characteristics and the activation of cellulase, laccase, polyphenol oxidase from 5 strains of Armillaria mellea in liquid culture were studied. The results indicated that growth rate of rhizomorphs of strain M1 washigher than others in the solid medium, and the activation of cellulase, laccase, polyphenol oxidase from strain M1 were higher than that of the other strains in liquid culture. The analysis indicated strain M1 is the best one. Growth curve of hypha and pH curve of fluid medium of strain M1 in liquid culture was studied also.
