摘要
调控咽肌运动的前运动神经元位于孤束核及其周围的网状结构中。但支配咽肌的前运动神经元的化学性质还不清楚。本文用假狂犬病毒(PRV)和免疫荧光双标记的方法研究了大鼠咽肌前运动神经元中生长抑素(SOM)样神经元的分布。发现咽肌中注射PRV后,PRV和SOM双标记神经元位于疑核的半致密部和孤束核的中介亚核、中间亚核及吻内侧亚核。疑核和孤束核中这些支配咽肌的SOM阳性神经元的机能意义尚不清楚,可能和调节咽肌的多种功能有关。
The premotor neurons of the pharyngeal muscle are locatedin the nucleus of solitary tract andits adjacent reticular formation , but the chemical characteristics of these premotor neurons are unknown. Using pseudorabies virus(PRV ) and somatostatin(SOM)immunofluorescence double labeling method,the PRV and SOM double labeling neurons were found in the semicopact part of nucleus ambiguus and in-terstitial subnucleus ,intermediate subnucleus , and rostral medial subnucleus of the nucleus of solitarytract. The function of these somatostatin-like neurons in the premotor neurons of pharyngeal muscle is un-clear. It may be concerned with the modulation of the varied activities of the pharyngeal muscle.
