摘要
为探讨血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂卡托普利和依那普利拉对心肌细胞缺氧再复氧损伤的保护作用,应用培养心肌细胞缺氧再复氧模型,分别测定细胞内乳酸脱氢酶及琥珀酸脱氢酶活性,细胞脂质过氧化物含量和细胞搏动率。结果显示,卡托普利和依那普利拉均能提高缺氧心肌细胞内乳酸脱氢酶活性(P<0.01),不同程度减少缺氧后再复氧心肌细胞脂质过氧化物的形成(P<0.05-0.01),促进再复氧阶段心肌细胞搏动功能的恢复(P<0.05).上述结果表明卡托普利和依那普利拉能明显改善缺氧心肌细胞的糖代谢,加速糖酵解,拮抗缺氧再复氧脂质过氧化损伤作用,维护细胞功能,对缺氧再复氧心肌细胞具有明显的保护作用。
To study the protective effects of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEls),captopriland enalaprilat. on anoxia-reoxygenation injury,we carried out experiments on cultured rat cardiac my-ocytes suUected to anoxia-reoxygenation. Our results showed that both captopril and enalaprilat increasedthe activity of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)within cardiac myocytes after 30min of anoxia, decreasedlipoperoxide(LPO) content of cardiac myocytes after 30 min of anoxia followed by l0min reoxygenation,and enhanced the restoration of myocytes pulse rate under reoxygenation. These results indicate that bothACEls could improve glucose metabolism of anoxia cardiac myocytes and protect the anoxia-reoxygenationrat cardiac myocytes from free radical injury,ACEls may play an important role in the maintenance of thefunction of anoxia-reoxygenation-injured cardiac myocytes.
