How can companies obtain high growth in over- competitive and low-growth industries?It is a ques- tion that most companies are anxious at,and man- agement scholars are well interested in.The most direct answer given by W.Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne is to repetitively and continually innovate.However,this answer is nearly a cognate recurrence.Those companies,trapped in low- growth even negative growth,all well know that in- novation is the only solution for them;but the diffi- culty is where to start it.
