摘要 用正交试验法研究了不同醋酸乙烯(VA)含量的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)的不同配比、氢氧化镁(MH)及滑石粉的用量对以EVA为基础树脂的热塑性低烟无卤阻燃电缆料性能的影响。结果表明:EVA为100phr,表面处理的MH为80phr,滑石粉为20phr时,材料的氧指数达到了43%,拉伸强度为8.3MPa,断裂伸长率为550%,低温冲击脆化温度达到-30℃。满足热塑性低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆料的性能要求。 It studied the effects of the different proportion of EVA containing different contents of VA, the content of MH and talcum powder on the properties of thermoplastic flame-retardant cable compound with low smoke and non-halogen with ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) as base resin by means of Orthogonal Experiment.The experimental results showed that when the content of EVA is 100 phr, the surface treated magnesium hydroxide is 80 phr, and the talcum powder is 20 phr, then the OI of the compound can reach to 43%, the tensile strength is 8.3MPa, and the elongation at break is 550%, the brittle point of low temperature impact is -30℃.This kind of compound can meet the requirement of thermoplastic flame-retardant cable compound with low smoke and non-halogen.
