摘要
具有主题的地铁地下街广场是目前处理地铁地下街的一种设计手法,规划者利用在地下不同位置设置广场空间,使原本沉闷的地铁地下街空间,产生有趣的空间变化,有效的延长人们在地下街消费的步行距离,并吸引人潮在地下街聚集,对于地铁地下街的经营有重大的帮助。透过对上海市与台北市的地铁地下街广场进行观察并进行分析,讨论主题式地下街广场对于地铁地下街经营与对消费者的影响,并归纳出目前在地铁地下街所采用的主题式广场设计手法,以期作为未来规划者在进行地铁地下街规划工作时的参考。
To set up an underground theme square is a popular case in current underground street design. The planners are setting up different kinds of theme square in different locations of underground street and intend to create more interesting space alternatives. The target of the design is to attract more consumers' attention and lengthen the working distance in order to gain more business benefit. Also, the theme square is able to attract more people into the underground street space for various purposes but traveling and to create more income resources for underground street operation. This dissertation is mainly for discussing the effect of an underground theme square on underground street operation as weU as consumers by observation and analyzing Metromall in Taipei and Metromall in Shanghai. A conclusion wiU be drawn of current underground theme square design techniques with the intention of giving advices and references for the future underground street designer.
