摘要 节约资源、保护环境是世界各国共同关心的重大课题,近年来我国高度重视实施可持续发展战略,明确地提出了加快建设资源节约型和环境友好型的社会。发展循环经济是建设节约型社会的有效手段,而物流贯穿了循环经济全过程,其发展将直接影响到节约型社会的建设。随着现代物流的不断发展,传统的物流模式面临到诸如资源消耗、环境污染、交通拥堵等多方面的问题,而地下物流系统作为一种新型的物流模式,能够在一定程度上解决传统物流模式难于克服的问题。本文从建设节约型社会的背景出发,分析了物流与循环经济的关系,指出了现代物流发展所面临的问题,提出了通过开发地下物流系统促进节约型社会建设的思路。 Resource saving and environment protection are important problems in the world. As in recent years our country attaches importance to sustainable development, the construction of managing community was brought forward definitely. Recurrent economy is an available means for the construction of managing community. As the logistic system impenetrates into the whole process of recurrent economy, its development may influence the construction of managing community directly. Along with the development of modem logistic, the traditional logistic mode faces some problems , such as resource consuming, environment pollution, tragic congestion and so on. The Underground Logistic System ( ULS ) is a new mode for freight transportation, which could solve the problems above-mentioned in a certain extent. This paper starts with the background of managing community, then analyzes the relation between logistic and recurrent economy, after that it points out the problems of modem logistic, and finally indicates that the development of ULS could promote the construction of managing community.
