摘要
教学要有意识、有目地、有计划地进行,特别要抓住主阵地———优化课堂结构。课堂教学是一种师生双边参与的动态变化的过程,教师是这个变化过程的设计者、组织者、引导者和合作者,即要精心的进行合理、有效的课堂教学设计,把抽象的教育观──包括学生观、教材观等融入具体的教学操作,并为学生的学习留下发展的空间,从而促使学生对教学形式和教学内容产生浓厚兴趣,使学习变得生动、活泼而有实效。自然,这样的课堂会转变为一个生机勃勃的动态教学过程,学生将会更快、更乐意接受并掌握新的知识。
Teaching activity should be controlled consciously, purposefully in a planned way, and should especially optimize the structure of classroom. Classroom teaching is a kind of changing process in which both teacher and students participate and teacher is the designer, organizer, instructor and cooperator. He/She has to make a design for teaching delicately and efficiently, assimilate the abstract opinion of education into the concrete teaching operation, and give students much space to develop themselves, thus, the students will be very interested in teaching pattern and teaching content, and the students' study will be more active and efficient. Naturally, this kind of teaching activity will become a lively and active changing process, and the students will accept and grasp new knowledge more quickly and more cheerfully.
