摘要
加快提高我国目前零售企业的竞争力十分迫切。要实现这个目标,应从宏观、微观两个方面共同抓起。在宏观方面:第一,各级政府部门应当重视流通业在社会主义市场经济当中的重要地位;第二,加快流通立法工作,规范流通行为;第三,打破地方封锁和地方保护主义;第四,国家对流通产业的发展给予与其他产业发展相同的政策环境。在微观方面:第一,加快培育我国具有国际竞争力的大型流通集团;第二,加快调整零售企业内部不合理的业态比例,大力发展现代流通业;第三,积极开拓城市社区商业和广阔的农村市场;第四,零售企业抓紧培育自己的经营品牌;第五,零售企业提高自身的经济效益;第六,零售企业抓紧培养掌握现代流通知识的高素质的人才队伍。
It is urgent to expedite the enhancement of competitive power in Chinese retailing firms. In order to achieve this goal, the author thinks that we should do from both macro and micro aspects. As to macro aspect, firstly, the government at every level should attach great importance to the position of circulation industry in the socialist market economy; secondly, the government should expedite the legislation on circulation to regulate the circulation behaviors; thirdly, the government should smash the local blockage and local protectionism; fourthly, the nation should provide the same policy environment for the development of circulation industry as for other industries. As to the micro aspect, firstly, we should expedite the cultivation of large circulating group with international competitiveness; secondly, we should adjust the unreasonable percentage in the industry within the retailing firms to develop the modem circulation industry; thirdly, we should exploit the urban community commerce and broad rural market; fourthly, the retailing firms should foster their own brands; fifthly, the retailing firms should improve their economic benefit; sixthly, the retailing firms should foster the high quality talent team with a good command of modem circulation knowledge.
