蚌埠地区第2次糖尿病调查报告

The 2nd epidemiologic investigation of diabetes in Bengbu

１９９５年６～８月蚌埠城乡第２次糖尿病调查，受检人数２２８２人，确诊为糖尿病者６０人，患病率为２．６３％。其中原有糖尿病３９人。初诊糖尿病２１人。另有糖耐量减低者３０人，患病率为１．３１％。年龄４５岁以上、体重指数（ＢＭＩ）≥２５、高血压、科技人员和干部、有糖尿病阳性家族史者患病率高。有典型症状者５例，有急性并发症史者２例，有代谢性心血管疾病综合征者１９例。

A second investigation was carried out in rural-urban area of Bengbu from June to August in l995 among 2282persons inspected 60 cases of Non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM)were diagnosed according to the criteriaof WHO,in which 2l persons were diagnosed,for the first time. The prevalence rate was 2.63 %.Another 30 persons werefound to have impaired glucose tolerance(IGT)with a prevalence rate of l.31%,This disease is more prevalent inscientists and cadrs,persons older than 45 yrs,and with body mass index(BMI)equal or larger than 25.The disease ismore common in hypertension and with positive family history,5 cases manifested polyuria,polydispsia,polyphagia,andweight loss.2 cases had acute complications and l9 cases had metabolic cardiovascular disease syndrome.
