航天企业基于知识流的知识管理体系框架

Framework of knowledge management system based on knowledge flow in areospace enterprise

针对航天企业实施知识管理的薄弱环节,从系统工程角度出发,在简述企业知识管理体系基本功能的基础上,提出了基于知识流的知识管理体系框架和主要设计原则。重点阐述了基于知识流的航天企业知识管理框架模型和知识管理体系框架,并针对航天企业科研生产一体化的特点,分析了航天型号全寿命过程中从预研到研制过程的知识管理流程,以及研制过程与批生产过程的知识集成模式。对知识管理体系框架下科研生产一体化的发展趋势进行了初步探讨。

Aimed at the weak links in the implementation of knowledge management in aerospace enterprise and started from the point of view of systems engineering, the basic functions of the enterprise＇s knowledge management system is described, then the framework and major design principles of the knowledge management system based on knowledge flow are presented. The emphasis is the framework model of aerospace enterprise＇s knowledge management and the framework of knowledge management system which are based on knowledge flow. Moreover, according to the feature of scientific research and production integration of aerospace enterprise, the knowledge management flow is analyzed from the prestudy to the development in the whole lifetime of the aerospace model product and the knowledge integration pattern in the development and batch production processes. A preliminary study of the development trend of scientific research and production integration under the framework of knowledge management system are made.
