摘要
当前,国外许多大型企业的组织管理正积极向扁平化方向发展。不少行业内的企业巨头正在纷纷减少企业的管理层次.向下分权,管理结构组织也更趋扁平化。文章研究了国外企业组织管理的新发展趋势,并给国内企业组织管理带来新的启示。
The exact information that senior managers obtain from customers are little and little,but on the other hand,workers began to doubt the decisions that headquarters made in the tower of ivory.Complaining each other,rebuking each other,disput- ing each other,all those come from the bound of organization. Everyone in the company try to stick up for things they think correct,but they can't think about the benefits of other people,other business department and the whole company. That's why Xerox invented the first computer in the world, but Apple manufactured the first one.Because of the bound of organization,the researchers of Xerox couldn't prevail upon the executive officer to accept their invention. It's a puzzle dom.How can we excel the bound of organization?
