漂白剂、遮色剂对树脂-釉质粘结强度影响的实验研究

摘要 本文模拟临床操作过程,分别对离体牙进行漂白或遮色,再行树脂粘结。与未进行漂白或遮色的对照样本一并进行剪切力测试,以探讨漂白剂、遮色剂对树脂-釉质粘结强度的影响。实验表明:(1)漂白剂的使用将导致树脂-釉质粘结强度下降,但与漂白剂的类型、漂白时间、漂白剂中过氧化氢浓度有关。(2)使用Bayer和3M遮色剂涂层对树脂-釉质粘结强度无影响。根据实验,临床上使用40%过氧化脲(其中过氧化氢浓度为14%),漂白时间控制在10分钟以内,漂白后加强冲洗;或者使用合格的遮色剂,然后进行树脂贴面修复是可行的。 The purpose of this in vitro experiment is to explose the effect of bleaching agent and mask agent on composite resin-enamel adhesive strength by means of shear test.The result showed:(1)bleaching agent could decrease adhesion of composite resin-enamel,but it is also related to the type of bleaching agent,the concentration of hydrogen peroxide and bleaching time.(2)Good quality mask agent,such as Bayer and 3M agent had no influence on composite resin-enamel adhesion.Therefore,clinically it is practicable to use 40%carbamide peroxide(in which the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 14%),bleached for the limit of 10 min and thoroughly sprayed with water or covered with good quality mask agent and then finished with composite resin to complete the repair process.
