借鉴国标“水质硫化物的测定-亚甲基兰分光光度法,”对测定条件进行优化,得出啤酒中硫化氢的最适测定条件为:每5mL样品中加入对氨基二甲基苯胺盐酸盐溶液的量为1.0mL,氯化铁溶液的量为1.0mL,暗处反应时间为10min。
Based on “Determination of sulfide in water -Methylene blue spectrophotometr y (GBfF14689-1996)”,the best conditions of determination of H2S in beer were obtained with N,N-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine 1.0mL, FeCL3· 6H2O 1.0mL,reaction time 10 min when the quantity of sample was 5mL.
