颂宁牌环氧乙烷灭菌化学指示卡应用效果的实验观察

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON APPLIED EFFICACY OF CHEMICAL INDICATOR OF ETHYLENE OXIDE

目的:采用与生物指示菌片的对比检测法,对颂宁牌环氧乙烷灭菌化学指示卡指示环氧乙烷灭菌效果的准确性进行了现场实验观察.结果,在环氧乙烷灭菌柜温度为48±2℃,相对湿度为70±10%的条件下,以环氧乙烷浓度为800±20mg/L进行灭菌处理,枯草芽胞黑色变种芽胞被完全杀灭.检测被实验灭菌物品一次性使用连接导管达到无菌.环氧乙烷化学指示卡颜色由红色变为标准色泽蓝色;在无环氧乙烷作用下的相同温度和湿度情形下,或作用时间剂量不足的情形下,实验环氧乙烷化学指示卡均保持原本色泽红色.其灭菌现场指示效果可靠。

Method of comparative examination with test bacterial carrier was used to observe experimentally the accuracy to Songlin chemical indicators of ethylene oxide in indicating the germicidal efficacy of ethylene oxide. The results indicated that under conditions of 48 ± 2℃ and relative humidity of 70% ± 10%, after sterilization treatment with ethylene oxide 800±20 mg/L, the spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on the baeterial earrier were killed, the test syringes were sterilized and the colors of both chemical indicators changed from original red to standard blue. When the sterilization time was not long enough to kill the bacterial spore or treatment with the same temperature and relative humidity in the absence of ethylene oxide, the color of the indicators remained to be red. The results of indication are reliable.
