摘要
合成了一种高固体分低粘度的羟基丙烯酸树脂,并详细讨论了引发剂、链转移剂、温度及溶剂等因素对树脂粘度的影响。用该树脂和HDI缩二脲按一定比例(—NCO/—OH为1.05)配合,制得了双组分高固体分丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料,该涂料各项性能优异。
A kind of high-solid hydroxyl acrylic resin with low viscosity was synthesized.The influences of initiator, chain transfer agent,reaction temperature and solvent on the viscosity of the resin were discussed in detail.The two- component high-solid acrylic polyurethane coatings was prepared by the resin and HDI with the ratio(-NCO/-OH =1.05),and the performances of this coatings have-been proved to be outstanding.
