摘要
目的建立犬梭形动脉瘤模型,探讨高频超声评价该动脉瘤的价值。方法10只犬全麻后行显微外科手术,截取一段颈外静脉段与颈总动脉行端端吻合,于术后4天、14天、28天、42天、82天分别行高频超声(HFUS)及数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查。结果10只犬的双侧颈外静脉嫁接颈总动脉均成功建立梭形动脉瘤模型,共20枚,HFUS可清晰地显示动脉瘤内的血流方向、状态和增生斑块。对于瘤内斑块增生的位置、形态、范围和血管壁厚度的检测,HFUS优于DSA影像。结论应用颈外静脉嫁接颈总动脉形成梭形动脉瘤模型切实可行,且成功率较高。HFUS可作为术后检测之首选。
Objective To establish the canine fusiform carotid aneurysm model and evaluate the value of high-frequency ultrasound (HFUS) in the aneurysm. Methods Ten experimental canines were performed with microsurgical operation after general anesthesia. The fusiform carotid aneurysms model were constructed by cutting off a segment of external jugular vein and then end-to-end anastomosis with carotid artery. The HFUS and DSA were examined in 4, 14, 28, 42 and 84 days after surgical procedure. Results Twenty fusiform carotid aneurysm models were performed successfully in 10 dogs. HFUS could clearly demonstrate the location, morphology,' hyperplasia plague and the intraneurysmal flow characteristics of experimental aneurysms. HFUS image was superior to DSA in detecting the position, morphology of hyperplasia plague and the intima-thickness of aneurysm. Conclusion This experimental model of canine fusiform carotid aneurysm model with external juguar vein anastomosis was realistic with high successful rate. HFUS could be chosen as the first choice to evaluate the aneurysm after surgical procedure.
