摘要
为了解决渤海BZ25-1油田A平台沙河街井段压差粘卡问题,降低密度窗口较窄情况下东营组井漏风险,开发了SBM-Ⅱ合成基钻井液体系,并在BZ25-1油田A4井得到成功应用。SBM-Ⅱ合成基钻井液体系具有低密度和较高固相容量限的特点,在较高泥浆密度下具有良好的泥浆流变性和稳定性,并具有较低的高温高压滤失量;可以提高泥饼质量,降低井漏风险;更适用于高密度深井钻井作业,可提高机械钻速。
In order to solve the problem of differential pressure sticking in Shahejie interval and minimize the risk of circulation loss in Dongying formation occurring in the wells on platform A of BZ25-1 oilfield,the SBM-Ⅱ synthetic drilling fluid system was designed and applied successfully in the well A4 of the BZ25-1 oilfiled in Bohai Sea. Characterized by low viscous and high solid tolerance, the system achieves good fluidity and stability with high density, and gives the relatively low filtration loss at high temperature and pressure, so that it can improve the mud cake quality and reduce the risk of circulation loss. It is proved that the system applies in the drilling of deep wells and improves ROP effectively.
