摘要
利用中国石油大学(华东)自主设计的试验装置,对严重段塞流的压力及持液率波动特性进行了初步研究。在相同工况下,严重段塞流的发生范围随着管道下倾角的增大而稍微增大;严重段塞流的发生严格受到气、液相流量大小的限制,只有在气、液两相流量都较小的工况下,严重段塞流才会发生;稳定流态(即试验数据采集过程中气、液相流量保持恒定不变的状态)下,严重段塞流的压力及持液率波动呈周期性变化,压力波动幅度是未发生严重段塞流现象时的数倍,持液率波动幅度也明显比未发生严重段塞流现象时大。
An experimental investigation on severe slugging in pipeline-riser systems was conducted at Multiphase Flow Lab in China University of Petroleum (East China), in order to study the fluctuation characteristics of pressure and liquid holdup for severe slugging. In the same condition, the region of the severe slugging increases slightly as the slope ofthe pipeline increases. The severe slugging can occur only when both gas and liquid flow rates are relatively low. In the stable flow, i. e. the gas and liquid flow rates are invariant during test data acquisition, the pressure and liquid holdup fluctua tions of severe slugging vary periodically. The pressure fluctuation range in the severe slugging region is approximately several times higher than it in the stable region, and the liquid holdup fluctuation range in the severe slugging region is also bigger than it in the stable region.
