摘要 大陆科钻一井所钻遇的岩石主要有榴辉岩、花岗片麻岩、角闪岩。岩石坚硬、研磨性强;花岗片麻岩为强致斜岩层。因此,钻进效率低,回次进尺短,孔斜不易控制。采用大陆科钻中心组织研制的液动锤螺杆马达组合新型钻具后,钻进中破碎岩石的方式以冲击破碎为主,大大改变了钻进效率低、回次进尺短和孔斜难控制的现象,取得了良好的钻进效果。同时,也发现射流式液动锤存在不足之处。针对射流式液动锤的优缺点进行了较深入、全面的分析,提出了有效的改进措施。 The drilling formation in well CCSD-l(Chinese Continental Scientific Drilling Project) consists of ultrabasic crystalline rocks such as eclogite and granite gneiss. Especially, its hardness and strong abrasiveness often leads to short drilling footage per round trip and thus low drilling efficiency. Also it is difficult to control hole deviation. An new-type drill assembly is developed by CCSD Center, consisting of hydro-hammer and screw motor. When this assembly is applied, rocks are broken mainly by impact fragmentation. This not only helps the control of hole deviation but also improve the footage and drilling efficiency. However the jet hydro-hammer still have some problems. This paper puts forward som measures for the improvement of the jet hydro-hammer based on teh analysis of its advantages and shortcomings.
