代谢综合征患者内脏脂肪组织蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶-1B表达增多

摘要 代谢综合征(MS)患者糖尿病(DM)、心血管疾病发生率是正常人群的数倍,但MS病因尚不清楚。近年研究提示,蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶-1B(PTP-IB)可能是MS的重要病因。因此我们研究了MS患者内脏脂肪组织PTPL-1B的表达。
