A case report of Leser-Trélat sign

报告1例Leser-Trélat(莱泽-特雷拉)征并发鼻咽癌。患者男,70岁。30年前躯干部出现脂溢性角化,近3个月胸部皮损突然增多并出现呼吸困难,CT及鼻咽部病灶组织病理检查证实为鼻咽癌。

Here is reported a 70-year-old man who complained of multiple verrucous papules on his trunk for thirty years.In the past three months,the seborrheic karatosis on his chest rapidly increased with a dyspnea.The diagnosis of nasopharyngcal carcinoma was confirmed by CT.endoscopic examination and biopsy.
