摘要
以凹凸棒石粉末负载TiO2为催化剂对染料废水进行光催化氧化实验,研究了催化剂的投加量、光照时间以及起始浓度对酸性品红染料废水光降解作用的影响。结果表明:负载TiO2凹凸棒石催化剂与纯TiO2粉末相比具有更高的光催化活性,负载催化剂投加量在0.25g/L时,光催化效果最好。催化反应在很短时间内即能达到较高的去除率,3h后的平均去除率均可达95%。
Photocatalysis of fuchsine dyestuff wastewater has been carried out by using TiO2-coated palygorskite powder. The effects of some factors, such as dosage of catalyst, illumination time and initial concentration of the dyestuff wastewater on the photodegradation are discussed. The experimental results show that TiO2-coated palygorskite powder has more efficient catalytic activity compared with pure TiO2 powder. The maximum removal rate was achieved when the amount of TiO2-coated palygorskite catalyst was 0.25 g/L. Under these condition, the photocatalytic reaction had a higher decoloring rate in a shorter time, the average decoloring rate can reach 95% after 3 h of reaction.
