摘要 目的:探讨胰腺癌组织中survivin基因的表达及其与热体克蛋白(HSP27)表达的关系。方法:用RT-PCR法检测62例胰腺癌、12例慢性胰腺炎及10例正常胰腺组织中survivinmRNA的表达,免疫组织化学法检测胰腺癌组织中HSP27的表达。结果:survivin在胰腺癌中的表达率为74.2%,而在慢性胰腺炎及正常胰腺组织中未见表达;survivin表达与胰腺癌的肿块大小、分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移无相关性;survivin与HSP27的表达有相关性。结论:survivin在胰腺癌中过度表达,提示其在胰腺癌的发生和发展中起重要作用;survivin和HSP27通过抗凋亡机制协同参与胰腺癌的发生。 Objective:To study the expression of survivin gene and its relationship with the expression of HSP27 in pancreatic cancer. Methods. The expression of survivin mRNA was investigated by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in 62 cases of pancreatic cancer, 12 cases of chronic pancreatitis, and 10 cases of normal pancreatic tissue. The expression of HSP27 was detected by immunohistochemical assay. Results: The expression rate of survivin mRNA in pancreatic cancer was 74.2%. And there was no survivin mRNA expression in either chronic pancreatitis or normal pancreatic tissue. There was no relationship between survivin gene expression and the tumor size, histological differentiation, clinical staging, and lymph node metastasis of pancreatic cancer. The expression of survivin gene correlated with the expression of HSP27. Conclusion : Survivin gene may play an important role in pathogenesis and development of pancreatic cancer. Survivin and HSP27 have synergistic role in participating in the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer.
